We would like to update you in view of the Governments’ recent announcement regarding a further period of lockdown.
During this period Bank Cottage Dental will remain open as normal and continue to provide routine and urgent treatment. We operate very strict infection control and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe environment for all of our patients and the dental team.
If you have any concerns regarding an upcoming appointment or wish to book an appointment, please do not hesitate to contact our practice and our reception team will be happy to assist. If the telephone lines are busy and we are unable to answer your call, please leave your name and number and we will call you back.
Please do not attend our practice unless you have an appointment as we are operating a ‘closed door’ policy. Only patients with appointments will be allowed to enter the building in order to help maintain social distancing. Prior to attending our practice you will be provided with information on what to expect at your appointment.
If you or a member of your household are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 including: a persistent cough, high temperature or a loss of taste and/or smell please do not attend our practice. If you are awaiting a COVID-19 test, or have received a positive COVID-19 test result, or have been informed to self isolate, again please do not attend our practice.
If you cannot attend for the reasons above and require emergency dental advice please ring our practice and a member of our team will happy to help.
